After-Sales Service Policy for Backpacks
1. Warranty Period:
Our backpacks come with a 3-month warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions.
2. Warranty Coverage:
The warranty includes repair or replacement of the backpack due to defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
3. Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your purchase receipt, detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
Once your claim is received, we will evaluate it and inform you of the next steps within 5 business days.
4. Repair Service:
If the backpack is eligible for repair, we will provide repair services free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our service center. We will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Replacement:
In cases where repair is not feasible, we will replace the backpack with the same or similar model at our discretion. The replacement will be free of charge.
6. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions.
